Bilingual (Spanish) Clinical and Business Development Associate

Job Summary:
Northside Psychology, a leading telehealth provider of psychological evaluations for weight loss surgery patients, is seeking a dynamic Bilingual (Spanish) Clinical and Business Development Associate to join our team. This multifaceted role combines patient-facing clinical support, administrative tasks, and business development to help us achieve our mission of becoming the premier telehealth psychological evaluation center for weight loss surgery patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Support: Schedule patient appointments, assist patients that have difficulties connecting to video appointments, conduct insurance benefit verifications, and assist with patient communications in both English and Spanish.

• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and our in-house software programs.

• Business Development: Manage insurance credentialing, support marketing and sales initiatives, including outreach to surgical programs, to drive company growth.

• Project Management: Take on diverse projects to enhance operational efficiency, patient experience and increase sales - working independently to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, helpful attitude with a willingness to learn new tasks.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Chrome, and other software; ability to quickly adapt to in-house systems.

• Experience in insurance processes, or business development is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative on projects.
